Eating healthy, and staying active is not a short term objective.
But instead ~ it's a life long journey.
My "plan" is to eat healthy ... meaning to eat healthy foods, in reasonable sized portions ... meals that
don't come with regret.
And to stay active ... by walking, jogging, biking, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors with my family.
An example meal plan from my "menu" would look like this :
Wake Up ~ Herbal Tea with Stevia for sweetner
Breakfast ~ Muscle Milk Protein Shake
with Aloe vera juice, colon cleanse powder, ground flax, colloidal silver, enchinacea, and immune support
powder
Lunch ~ Yoplait Whips Yogurt with handful of Grapes
Snack ~ Grapes or veggies with dip
Supper ~ Fish (Cod, TIlapia or Halibut) with Stir Fry Veggies all cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
"Bedtime Snack" ~ LIGHT Popcorn
I try not to eat no later than 4 hours before I go to bed.
An example "workout day" would look like this :
Morning (after having my herbal tea) ~ Walk/Jog on treadmill
or Outside for 3 - 5 miles
Evening (after supper) ~ Lift Weights and/or Ride Bike
for atleast 30 min.
